Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries of the European Union:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Shipping Costs
As OhSnap! – Cards & Collectibles operates as a small business pursuant to § 19 German VAT Act (UStG), all shipping prices are final prices (no VAT is shown).
Shipping Methods & Costs
Germany
1. Standard parcel shipping
Shipping method: DHL parcel (up to 2 kg)
Shipping costs: from €6.19
Delivery time: approx. 2 – 4 business days
Liability up to €500, incl. tracking
European Union
1. Standard parcel shipping within the European Union
Shipping method: DHL parcel (up to 2 kg)
Shipping costs: from €14.99
Delivery time: approx. 10 – 12 business days
Liability up to €500, incl. tracking
Germany & European Union
1. Storage & Pick-up possible €0.00 (Pick up in Vault / Pick up in Store)
- No shipping takes place.
The order can be collected or stored and combined with a later order. - If the shipping weight of combined orders exceeds a standard parcel (2 kg – parcel max. 60 x 30 x 15 cm), we reserve the right to send a shipping invoice in advance.
- A shipping order may also be initiated at any time by email to info(at)ohsnap-cardsandcollectibles.de against a shipping invoice, or triggered via the customer profile.
- During storage, the items are kept securely. The seller is only liable for damage or loss during the storage period in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Returns and Return Shipping
For returns as well as for shipments that are not accepted, refused, undeliverable, or not collected, we charge the return shipping costs and pass these on to the buyer:
- Within Germany: €6.99
- Abroad (EU): €16.99
The respective amount will automatically be deducted from the refund amount in the event of reimbursement.
This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal or if the return is due to a defect.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods shall take place after conclusion of the contract (or in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment):
- Within Germany: 2 – 4 business days
- Within the EU: 10 – 12 business days
No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

- Payment via Klarna (invoice, installment purchase, direct debit, credit card – if offered by Klarna)

Note on credit card payments:
The account will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.
Delivery of Box Breaks
When participating in a box break, no sealed box is shipped; only the cards allocated to the respective buyer during the live event are shipped.
As the allocation is based on a random principle, it is possible that individual participants may receive no cards (“hitless”).
There is no entitlement to receive specific cards, teams, or quantities.
However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and voluntarily, to send so-called consolation prizes or small additional cards to compensate empty spots.
These are provided purely on a goodwill basis and do not constitute a contractual claim.
The shipment of the cards allocated in the box break generally takes place within 2 – 5 business days after completion of the respective break.
