Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Juliane Herzog, c/o flexdienst – #20211; Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 76; 67663 Kaiserslautern; Germany, info(at)ohsnap-cardsandcollectibles.de of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

The model withdrawal form is legally prescribed in Annex 2 to Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 and § 2 paragraph 2 number 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, all payments received, including standard delivery costs, shall be refunded within fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal declaration. Excluded are additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method. The refund will be made using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

The refund may be refused until the goods have been returned or until proof of return has been provided.

The goods must be returned or handed over without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days after notification of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched within the fourteen-day period.

The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Compensation for any diminished value of the goods is only required if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Notice for Trading Cards: In the case of trading cards in sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal may expire once the seal has been removed after delivery. This must be clearly communicated to the customer.
